MAPEX Melaka 2026, organised by REHDA Melaka, was successfully held from 28 April to 3 May 2026 at MYDIN MITC. The Opening Ceremony on 1 May 2026 was officiated by YB Datuk Hj Rais bin Datuk Wira Hj Yasin, EXCO Kanan Perumahan, Kerajaan Tempatan, Saliran, Perubahan Iklim dan Pengurusan Bencana Negeri Melaka, representing YAB Chief Minister of Melaka.

The ceremony was honoured by the presence of distinguished guests including YBhg Datuk Tpr Hj Murad bin Hj Husin Pengarah Eksekutif Lembaga Perumahan Melaka, Sr Saharun bin Kasim Pengarah Jabatan Penilaian dan Perkhidmatan Harta Negeri Melaka, Ir SH Ja’afar bin SH Ismail Chairman of IEM Melaka, Sr Teh Hong Chua Hon Advisor of REHDA Melaka and many others.
