2^nd MAPEX 2024 of REHDA Melaka was held from 3 to 6 October 2024 at Mahkota Parade Melaka.  The expo was officiated by the Melaka State Senior Executive Council of Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change and Disaster Management, YB Datuk Hj. Rais bin Datuk Wira Yasin representative of YAB Chief Minister of Melaka. 

PR1MA Corporation Malaysia & 20 developers took part in the expo to promote over 50 development projects of various type of properties in Melaka and 1 project in Port Dickson Negeri Sembilan (over 3,980 units of properties with total value RM1.83 billion).
