REHDA Melaka successfully organised the 2nd MAPEX Melaka 2026 from 28 July to 2 August 2026 at Centre Court, AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka.

The exhibition featured 18 private developers and Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), showcasing 39 residential development projects (38 in Melaka and 1 in Port Dickson) comprising more than 2,480 property units with a combined gross development value exceeding RM2.003 billion.

To encourage homeownership, REHDA Melaka allocated the MAPEX Melaka Buyer Incentive, offering a RM10,000 Cash Prize Giveaway, where the first 10 eligible purchasers each received RM1,000.

The Official Opening Ceremony was held on 31 July 2026 and was officiated by Yang Berbahagia Datuk TPr Hj Murad b Hj Husin, Executive Director of the Melaka Housing Board.

The exhibition also featured a variety of engaging activities, including the MAPEX Melaka Fun Stage Challenge, BSN Gemalai Etnik Kreatif Competition, and other interactive programmes that attracted visitors throughout the event.

Overall, the event successfully promoted homeownership, enhanced public awareness of the latest property offerings, and strengthened collaboration between developers, financial institutions and the community.
