The 3rd MAPEX Melaka was organized by the Branch from 28 October to 9 November 2025 at AEON Ayer Keroh Melaka.

The event featured the participation of 15 developers promoting over 2,000 properties with a total value exceeding RM1.029 billion.

A highlight of the event was the Prize Presentation Ceremony and MAPEX 2025 Networking Luncheon held on 2 November 2025, which was graced by YB Datuk Zulkiflee bin Datuk Seri Hj Mohd Zin, Timbalan EXCO Perumahan, Kerajaan Tempatan, Saliran, Perubahan Iklim dan Pengurusan Bencana, representing Yang Berhormat Datuk Hj Rais bin Datuk Wira Yasin. Ten (10) lucky winners from the previous 2nd MAPEX Melaka house buyer event took home AEON Gift Vouchers totaling RM10,000.

To continue encouraging homeownership through MAPEX Melaka, the Branch will reward the first five (5) confirmed buyers with AEON Cash Vouchers totaling RM5,000.
