REHDA Melaka with the support of TNB Melaka had conducted a half day briefing session on service level agreement (SLA) & 3 months Group Submission Connection (3mGSC) at REHDA Melaka Secretariat Office. The SLA & 3mGSC session were steered by Ms Teo Siew Kim while Encik Zulfaqar Muhamad briefed REHDA Melaka members about MyTNB Self Service Portal – Billing & Customer Relationship Management (BCRM). TNB Seniors Officers attended the briefing session including Pn Siti Rohayah Bte Mohd Tahir, Encik Ruslam Hussin, Encik Abdul Halim and Pn Zaharah Bte Zahar.
The event ended with a fruitful Q & A session where members sought clarifications and shared their views on how both parties can further enhance on the challenges faced.
