REHDA Melaka organized the second of its Briefing Session 2024 Series on 19 September 2024, focused on TNB supply application & Melaka Property Market Outlook Talk which was attended by 36 members.  The session aimed to equip members with the knowledge, updates, tools, and connections necessary to thrive in the dynamic and ever-changing Melaka property market. 

Encik Abdul Ghafar bin Othman, Act Lead Functional & Operational, Digital Platforms. Digital Strategy & Data Analytics Strategy Department Retail Division TNB Headquarter shared insights on how developers can maximize the myTNB Apps and TNB Portal, to streamline the application process for electricity supply, enhancing efficiency in project development.  He also shared on the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) application process flow and changes via myTNB.  

In the second presentation session, Sr Teh Hong Chua, Associate Director of CBRE I WTW cum Honorary Advisor of REHDA Melaka, delivered a perceptive presentation on the Melaka property performance 2024 first half & outlook, including trends, challenges, and opportunities that are crucial for property developers to navigate the ever-changing landscape effectively.
