On 31 May 2018, REHDA Melaka was delighted to pay a courtesy visit on Tn. Syed Anuar Bin Syed Norddin, the new director of Valuation and Property Services Department, Melaka. The courtesy call was made with an objective to foster closer rapport and understanding amongst both parties. Delegates of REHDA Melaka led by the Chairman Dato’ Sri Ngoh King Hua were received warmly by Tn Syed Anuar & his team.

According to Tn. Syed Anuar, Valuation and Property Services Department has launched an Unsold Property Enquiry System Malaysia (UPESM) at their official website – www.jpph.gov.my. Such unsold property data could provide guidance to developers in the private and public sectors on building the right product with the right price, location and timing.
