REHDA Melaka Committee Members led by Datuk Ng Choon Koon the Branch Chairman were delighted to pay a courtesy call on YB Datuk Rais Bin Datuk Wira Yasin Senior Member of the Melaka State Executive Council (EXCO) of Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change and Disaster Management on 11 July 2023 at Seri Negeri Melaka. 

Both parties deliberated on ideas and issues related to property and housing industry in Melaka for advancing the overall development of Melaka.  REHDA Melaka also submitted appeal for the release of completed unsold Malay quota properties and appeal to on-hold and review the implementation of Development Charge on change of zoning, density, plot ratio based on gazette Rancangan Tempatan (rate: 15% of land increase value).
