On 15 June 2026, the REHDA Melaka Committee Members for the 2026–2028 term, led by Branch Chairperson Datuk Ngoh Chun How, paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Director of Lembaga Perumahan Melaka (LPM), YBhg Datuk TPr Hj Murad bin Hj Husin, to strengthen strategic collaboration in supporting sustainable housing development and the continued growth of Melaka’s property sector.

During the engagement, REHDA Melaka also presented an appeal for the consideration of supportive measures to help stabilize the construction and property development industry in Melaka, in view of current sectoral challenges.
