On 12 December 2024, the REHDA Melaka had the privilege of paying a courtesy visit to the Director of the Melaka Land and Mines Office Datuk Noraini Binti Tawel. This visit was a significant step towards fostering closer ties and enhancing the collaboration between REHDA Melaka and the state land authorities for the betterment of land development in Melaka.  

Datuk Noraini expressed her commitment to supporting the growth and development initiatives that align with the state’s vision for sustainable and inclusive progress. 

REHDA Melaka representatives shared their insights on current challenges and potential strategies to optimize land use and ensure compliance with regulations. Both parties recognized the importance of working together to create a conducive environment for real estate and housing development, ultimately benefiting the community and boosting economic growth of the state.
