On 21 June 2024, REHDA Melaka delegates led by Branch Chairperson Datuk Ngoh Chun How paid a courtesy visit to the Director of PLANMalaysia@Melaka TPr. Abdulhan bin Abdul Lamit.  The visit aimed to foster closer rapport between two parties as well as to recapture on REHDA Melaka’s view and appeal with regards to Garis Panduan Dan Piawaian Perancangan Negeri Melaka (GPP 006-M), which including the requirements for lot and building size & requirement of min 200 units for landed strata housing scheme.
