A meaningful afternoon of engagement as the REHDA Melaka delegation paid a courtesy visit to YBrs Tn Zakariya b Nayan, the newly appointed Director of the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH) Melaka, on 20 August 2026.

Led by Datuk Ngoh Chun How, Chairperson of REHDA Melaka, the visit provided an opportunity to extend our warmest welcome to YBrs Tn Zakariya and to strengthen the longstanding relationship between REHDA Melaka and JPPH Melaka.

The engagement also allowed both parties to exchange views on matters concerning property valuation and the development of the housing and property industry in Melaka.

We look forward to continued dialogue, collaboration and constructive engagement with JPPH Melaka in supporting the sustainable growth of Melaka’s property and housing sector.
