REHDA Melaka is proud to have successfully organized the Briefing on e-SPA, e-Signature & e-Stamping related to the HIMS (Housing Integrated Management System) by the National Housing Department, Ministry of Housing and Local Government (JPN KPKT), with 191 participants.

We were truly honoured to have the ceremony officiated by Yang Berhormat Datuk Hj Rais bin Datuk Wira Yasin, Senior EXCO of Housing, Local Government, Drainage, Climate Change, and Disaster Management Melaka.

The session, featuring esteemed speakers from JPN KPKT, highlighted three key digital milestones for Malaysia’s housing sector, namely e-SPA, e-Signature and e-Stamping, which will be implemented on 1 November 2025.
