REHDA Melaka courtesy visit cum discussion session to Pengarah Tanah Dan Galian Melaka Datuk Md Azhan Bin Samat was held on 26 April 2022.  Aimed to closer rapport between 2 parties as well as to deliberate on the new Dasar Perumahan Negeri Melaka.

During the discussion, REHDA Melaka Chairman Datuk Ng Choon Koon urging PTG Melaka to consider on REHDA Melaka’s appeal for a win-win policy, especially on the development composition, compliance costs, property selling price and bumiputera quota issues.

A copy of REHDA Institute Research Report – Housing Forward: Costs & Prices was presented to the Pengarah PTG Melaka which aimed to promote better understanding on the compliance costs incurred in housing development and their impact on price sustainability.
