On 25 May 2023, the Melaka Branch of the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA Melaka) organized a one-day study visit to Gamuda Cove in Bandar Gamuda Cove, Banting Selangor.  This Gamuda Cove Study Visit was an enriching educational trip for REHDA Melaka members and state government officers.  It provided a unique opportunity for our group of 48 participants to study Malaysia First 5-Diamond Low Carbon City – Gamuda Cove, developed by Gamuda Land.  

We feel immensely privileged and fortunate to have gained new perspectives from this exclusive project.  The comprehensive approach taken by Gamuda Land, encompassing energy, urban transport, water, waste management, urban planning, and green building, has inspired us to broaden our horizons and deepen our understanding, encouraging us to think beyond our current limits for the betterment of sustainable development of property and housing industry in Melaka.
