Persatuan Pegawai Kanan Kastam Negeri Melaka (PERKASA Melaka), in collaboration with REHDA Melaka and the Malacca Builders Association (MBA), successfully organized a full-day seminar focused on the critical expansion of the Sales and Service Tax (SST) and its profound impact on the construction industry.

The seminar, led by esteemed speakers Mr Lau Thye Mun and Pn Haslina binti Sulaiman, provided an in-depth, practical guide for industry players to navigate the new tax landscape, ensure compliance, and identify strategic financial opportunities.

The strong attendance of 124 participants highlighted the sector’s urgent need for clarity regarding this significant regulatory change.

The seminar concluded with an extensive question and answer session, allowing participants to seek specific clarifications from the expert speakers.
