On Monday, 18 November 2024, REHDA Melaka had the privilege of jointly organizing a successful briefing session with REHDA Negeri Sembilan in collaboration with the National Water Services Commission (SPAN) at the Arena Premier Boutique Hotel in Seremban.  Over 80 attendees were treated to essential updates and insights from key speakers from SPAN, namely Mr Kishore Kumar a/l Arumugam, Pn Siti Noor Syamila bt Shamsuddin & En Halil Kushairi bin Buyong.  

The highlight of the session was the introduction of SPAN’s new digital platform, e-KWSMP (Sistem Digital Kumpulan Wang Sumbangan Modal Pembetungan).  This innovative system marks a significant transformation from the previously manual procedures, allowing for seamless online submission of KWSMP validation, appeal submissions related to KWSMP, and efficient monitoring of Bank Guarantees (BG). Designed and set to enhance the integrity and overall efficiency of the Sewerage Capital Contribution management process.
